Description

Our client a rapidly expanding custom software development company is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Representative to generate new business within the Financial Services industry. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area. Compensation: $85K-$90K base salary + commission (TC earnings of $150K+) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and client outreach
  • Lead in-depth discovery discussions centered on intake, triage, routing, and decision-making processes
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders across operations, transformation, and technology teams
  • Partner with internal leadership to negotiate and successfully close high-value enterprise deals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale software and services deals valued at $100K+
  • Experience selling to banks, government agencies, and financial institutions
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and develop solutions from the ground up
  • Strong executive presence with a consultative, solution-oriented sales style
  • Very recent experience in both SaaS and IT services/consulting sales, capable of independently generating pipeline, leading discovery, and managing complex IT sales conversations end-to-end with minimal support
