Bilingual CSR/ Pricing & Contracts Specialist
Our client, a leading organization within the Pharmaceutical/ Health Care industry is looking to hire an experienced Bilingual Client Service Representative (Contracts & Pricing) (English & French) due to continued growth.
This is a hybrid role (Location Mississauga) - 2/3 days work from home.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4.30 pm. Short Summer Fridays.
Salary: 55K - 65K base (Total compensation, incl. bonus, up to 70K)
Full heath benefits starting day 1, RRSP matching plan and DPSP (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan). Bonus: 6% to 8%, paid annually.

Bilingual Contact Center Supervisor (remote)
Great new and fully remote opportunity for an experience Bilingual Call Center Supervisor role for a growing multi-channel Call Center in the Loyal & Rewards industry. Reporting to the Manager CSR, you will be leading a team of 20 -30 CSRs and Team Leads. This role is responsible for developing, training & coaching the team while delivering an exceptional customer experience in each interaction and monitoring the team’s ongoing performance levels.
Full time and permanent position. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday and either 8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Salary 55K - 65K with full benefits offered after 3 months. Vacation: 2 weeks and 5 Personal Time Days and birthday off.
Ideally must be based in either Ontario or Quebec.
