Description
We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Sr.Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in industrial sales, particularly in driving new business through client onboarding and account growth. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Brampton, created as a result of ongoing company expansion. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $60K-80K Monthly, commission structure (up to 10-20% of base salary) ,Full benefits after 3 months , Profit-sharing program, 3 weeks’ vacation Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This is in office role.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through calls, emails, proposals, and in-person meetings
- Re-engage dormant clients and grow underperforming accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase share within key accounts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and purchasing history
- Focus heavily on prospecting and business development across new and existing accounts
- Meet KPIs related to new account acquisition, reactivation, and revenue growth
- Prepare quotes, confirm inventory, and process sales orders with clear delivery timelines
- Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, utilizing provided tools and support
- Act as a key support to the General Manager, including mentoring and assisting other sales representatives
- Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities and develop people management skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or high-volume transactional sales
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and securing new business, including onboarding and expanding client accounts
- Consistent achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and quotas
- Highly motivated with a genuine passion for sales, professional growth, and continuous learning
