Description

Our client, a leading industrial product distributor is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to maintain, grow and develop new and existing customer accounts. The duties of this position include order and quote processing for assigned customers and acting as their primary point of contact. The candidate must be fluent in both English and French. This a full time, permanent and In Office (Mississauga) opportunity. Salary; 65K - 70K + bonus, full benefits after 2 months, RRSP and company match after one year, 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of organization’s product lines, pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial products/ hardware (i.e. identifying & sourcing parts, pricing, and lead time).
  • Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work directly with assigned customer, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters, specific to your accounts (pricing, delivery, quality issues).
  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customer’s needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2+ years in the distribution of industrial product sector is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Must have experience working  with ERP distribution system.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem resolution and team building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Possess an outgoing, friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Professional, customer-focused, organized, and collaborative team player.
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Eager to grow within the Company.
