Our client is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a high volume recruitment team. In this role, you’ll be the go to partner for all bilingual hiring, playing a critical role in how they attract, engage, and hire top bilingual talent across the business. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while working closely with the managers and leaders in a fast-paced, growth driven environment. With a strong focus on collaboration and candidate experience, you’ll help shape hiring strategies, build strong bilingual talent pipelines, and ensure to continue to bring in the right people to support the companies continued growth. This is a hybrid role- 3 days on site weekly Location: Mississauga office Salary: $70,000.00 – $83,000.00 + 10% bonus. They offer full benefits after 3 months and RRSP match 4%. Responsibilities
- Expertly manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Quebec market, with accountability for hiring bilingual call center talent across Canada, while managing an average of 20–30 requisitions concurrently.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s financial performance by infusing top-tier talent, contributing to a competitive edge and sustainable growth.
- Deliver recruitment consultation and coaching to line management.
- Review staffing requirements for assigned portfolios and recommend hiring strategies based on company targets.
- Actively build relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community outreach platforms as a means of sourcing candidates.
- Partner with company leadership to develop support for regions that present recruitment challenges.
Qualifications
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, managing multiple requisitions and clients, with exposure to both corporate and agency environments.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills to support leaders and employees across regions.
- Experienced in developing strategies for new roles, which is crucial for a growing organization where new roles frequently arise.
- Demonstrated a strong track record in high-volume recruitment, managing multiple portfolios effectively.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Solid experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
