Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing natural health care company. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, promote our high-quality wellness products, and drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and consultative selling. This is a full-time, 1,5 year contract (June 30, 2027) opportunity for someone passionate about natural health and eager to make a positive impact while achieving their sales goals. Salary: 55K- 60K base & commission 10K (TC 65K - 70K) + car allowance, expense card, gas card. Territory is Greater Toronto Area West (Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Guelph, Hamilton)

Responsibilities
  • Promote and educate about natural health care products to existing and prospective clients primarily in person, occasionally via phone and video calls
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Educate and train various Health Care Professionals (Family Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners etc) and specialized Retailers (Health food stores, pharmacies) about products and their benefits for patients
  • Present research and case studies to customers
  • Independently manage your “territory” according to company policy
  • Occasionally participate in trade shows, seminars and workshops
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience in a Health Care environment
  • Understanding of health care industry and interest in natural remedies
  • Proven sales record of premium and / or self-pay products
  • Outgoing personality and highly self-motivated
  • Structured work attitude
  • Familiar with working in a small and dynamic team, Ability to integrate into a team, taking directions well
  • Customer service orientation and teamwork skills
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Interest in Health / Wellness is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM System) and passionate about learning
