Our client a well known Pension Administrator is searching for an experienced French/English Client Service Associate ( DB Pension Sector experience required). In this role you will deliver exceptional bilingual client service as the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries, walk-in clients, and emails by providing generalist support on all pension life cycle events and e-services. This is a full time, permanent position. Salary: 78K - 92K. Full benefits & RRSP’s . This is a hybrid position: 3 days In Office (downtown Toronto) and 2 days wfh.
