Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to service members in regards to their pension benefit inquiries Respond to internal and external queries in a timely fashion Consistently offer personalized services to complex cases

Qualifications University or college degree (relative to the field) Min 3-5 years work experience Previous customer service experience from a financial institution an asset Excellent communication skills are essential Fluent in English and French (verbal and written) English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
