Job Description

This is an excellent CSR/ Sales support role with a well known financial organization. Full time position + great benefits!

Responsibilities

To provide customer service to Institutional Sales by acting as a conduit for both internal and external clients, in both English and French Working as part of a team supporting both Domestic and Foreign Fixed Income and Equity products Perform functions such as client data input, client account balancing and margining, settlement management and intercompany break support Analyze trade processing and client confirmation opportunities for improved STP Proactive management of client and sales inquiries, as well as improving overall relationships

Qualifications Fluency in both English and French is a must (verbal and written) Sound knowledge of Canadian settlement practises, debt and equity markets, and industry regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Initiative, good judgment and attention to detail are required in ensuring timely resolution with minimal exposure Adept at problem solving and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously & efficiently University degree 3-5 years Industry experience Canadian Securities Course is an asset Solid computer skills including Excel English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
