Job Description
A challenging position where you represent a global company that offers services in the healthcare & nutrition industry.
Responsibilities
  • Answer calls with professionalism and deliver information in regards to programs, policies, procedures and locations
  • Conduct client registration and order taking
  • Handle credit card authorizations and follow up with contacts in regards to payment issues
  • Follow up with clients/members in a timely manner
  • Soft selling and prospecting to non-members
  • Support team mates, schedule meetings and provide details to staff or members in regards to ongoing promotional offers
  • Tactfully handle/assist with sensitive situations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Min 2 yrs in a call center environment
  • Must be diplomatic with excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills and listening skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task
