Job Description

Our client is searching for an experienced Bilingual Bid Specialist to join their growing organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for responding to RFPs and RFTs Review specific needs with sales and products management, as well as manufacturing and project managers or outside installers Be responsible for sending queries to contracting officer regarding clarification and compliance issues Obtain supporting documents from manufacturing, test labs, quality assurance, environmental groups, etc. Prepare pricing strategy with sales management, as well as bid submissions which may include CAD design Answer queries from contracting officer on bid submissions

Qualifications 3-4 years of experience as a Bid Specialist or related experience Experience within the manufacturing industry highly preferred Excellent English and French verbal and written skills Strong MS office skills Familiar with CAD design English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
