BILINGUAL PREMISES CO-ORDINATOR

SUMMARY

This role will provide support to both Property Management and Store Maintenance teams, interacting with stores, contractors, landlords and SDM Management.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute work orders within the guidelines of the Service Level Agreement.  This includes the assignment of the proper priority code, vendor selection, accurate synopsis of the problem and documented communication from creation of the work order to completion.
• Timely execution of all demand repair and maintenance requests from store management
• Adherence to budget through effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Manage at national level all utilities accounts, set up of new, closings and day-to-day interaction  with AIQ (third party company who manages payment of bills)
• Retrieving and, where necessary, copying leases
• Maintain all closed buildings still under lease obligations
• Maintain fiscal responsibility and administer the RFP process for special projects/demand repairs
• Assist Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinators as required in having premises repaired and maintained

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Degree in  Property Management/Legal Aid/Real Estate
• Computer skills with knowledge of excel
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5 years of prior retail property management experience preferred
