a. What is ‘anonymous email forwarding’ and how does it benefit me?
When you post an ad with the Do-It-Yourself service, Nevian
offers you the option of hiding your identity – thus making your job
posting anonymous. A generic email address – unique to you (example:
job30001@nevian.com) is created by Nevian which allows all incoming
responses to your ad (including attachments) to be forwarded to your
personal company email address – thus disguising the recipient (you)
from the original sender (candidates). In doing this, we provide
companies with an anonymous method of recruiting which significantly
limits exposure and reduces unwarranted responses. This exclusive service is free upon request with any job posting.
b. Will Nevian assist us in our efforts to fill a position which we’ve posted with
the “Do It Yourself” recruiting service?
No - not unless you specifically request it. Do-it-yourself recruiting is provided as an option for companies who wish to recruit employees using their own internal resources.
c. What if I don’t find the right candidate after the ad
expires?
In this situation, you may wish to request assistance from our Professional Recruiting Services team.
We have thousands of prescreened resumes on file. Remember, we will
credit the full cost of the DIY ad towards the final cost of a
contingency based placement.
d. Do you allow the posting of non-bilingual jobs to the Do-it-Yourself service?
Nevian specializes in bilingual French / English jobs therefore we limit 3rd party job postings to bilingual only. However, if you do have non-bilingual positions, we encourage you to call us to discuss our low-risk contingency based recruiting solutions which utilize a network of professional agencies (both bilingual and non-bilingual) throughout the greater Toronto area.
e. I filled the position. How do I remove the posting from the Job Board?
It's as easy as sending a short email from your company email account to our sales team at sales@nevian.com with "Remove Job" in the subject line and the job reference number in the body of the message. Within 12 hours the job will be removed from our site.
f. Can I change the original job details after the job has been posted?
Yes – You can change the salary and the job description/requirements/qualifications
by sending an email from your company email account to the sales team sales@nevian.com with the necessary changes. Note that we do not allow any changes to the job title once it has been posted on the website so please make sure it’s an accurate representation of the job before submitting it to us.
