| Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email or fax support to customers, retailers and service centres
- Provide warranty, operational and maintenance information on products
- Process payments, orders and support customers in aquiring parts or accessories
- Report and note customer complaints for future references
- Translate or interpret correspondence for Service agents
- Arrange product delivery for repairs to the Service department

Qualifications
- Post Secondary preferable/Diploma
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Min 1yr customer service experience is desirable
- Fluent in English and French
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
