Responsibilities

• Focus on quality collection of member's data
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of member information
• Conducting data analysis and making recommendations for issue resolution

 Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
• University degree or diploma required
• Must have good mathematical aptitude
• Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment; independently or in a team
