| Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination for effective implementation of programs (nationally assigned)
- Provide support in an innovative, cost-effective and timely manner
- Provide administrative support; faxing, filing, typing memos, mailings etc
- Work with field staff
- Assist regionally assigned coordinators with other tasks

Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English a must (written and verbal)
- College diploma/degree or similar work experience
- Min 1-2yrs office experience
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem solving skills and able to take initiative
