Bilingual Administrator
Leader in their Industry and fastest growing organization in Canada has an opening for a Junior/Entry level administrative support.

 Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination for effective implementation of programs (nationally assigned)
  • Provide support in an innovative, cost-effective and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support; faxing, filing, typing memos, mailings etc
  • Work with field staff
  • Assist regionally assigned coordinators with other tasks

 Qualifications

  • Bilingual French and English a must (written and verbal)
  • College diploma/degree or similar work experience
  • Min 1-2yrs office experience
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision
  • Good problem solving skills and able to take initiative
