| Responsibilities
- Process Sales reservations, booking reservations and ensure content and information on the contracts are accurate
- Follow up on missing material with customers in Toronto and Montreal
- Maintain revenue rates and discounts by territory on an on-going basis
- Updating Sales reports
- Creating and reviewing sales presentations and rate proposals
- Preparing and submitting AM expense reports
- Reviewing, creating and sometimes translating memos and letters
- Handle incoming calls or direct them to appropriate contact
- Making travel arrangements as requested
- Coordinating on a monthly basis with clients/agencies

Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual (English and French)
- Minimum 3-5yrs previous admin/secretarial experience
- Advertising or related field experience an asset
- Must be able to multi-task, pro-active and dynamic.
- Marketing or Sales aptitude
