| Responsibilities
- Provide high level of customer service to all incoming and outgoing calls
- Accurately process orders from clients via email, fax or phone
- Provide accurate information on products, return policy, promotion etc
- Track shipment, inform clients of back orders
- Maintain customer relation to existing and new clients
- Work closely with other department
- Other possible administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
- Post Secondary education
- Excellent English and French (verbal and written)
- Order entry experience an asset
- Must be very flexible and adapt easily to changes
- Must have problem solving skills and a positive attitude
