Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Financial company providing asset management services, logistics and remarketing services.

 Responsibilities

  • Provide high level of customer service to all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Accurately process orders from clients via email, fax or phone
  • Provide accurate information on products, return policy, promotion etc
  • Track shipment, inform clients of back orders
  • Maintain customer relation to existing and new clients
  • Work closely with other department
  • Other possible administrative duties as needed

 Qualifications

  • Post Secondary education
  • Excellent English and French (verbal and written)
  • Order entry experience an asset
  • Must be very flexible and adapt easily to changes
  • Must have problem solving skills and a positive attitude
