| Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and subsidy application to meet requires rate guidelines
- Review and follow up on outstanding approvals and signed document for funding
- Reviewing transactions and completing the funding pre-audit
- Responsible for following up on transactions that are deficient
- Issuing client notifications in a timely and accurate fashion
- Provide quoting as required on transactions
- Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers and co-workers in support of the overall sales support.

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 year experience in a customer service and/ or administrative role
- Leasing experience would be an asset
- Strong communication skills in both English and French
- Strong attention to details and organization skills
- Outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn new programs
- Proficiency in MS - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
