In this position you will be the company liaison with external customers. You will be responsible for documentation and pre- audits. Excellent benefits package!

 Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes and subsidy application to meet requires rate guidelines
  • Review and follow up on outstanding approvals and signed document for funding
  • Reviewing transactions and completing the funding pre-audit
  • Responsible for following up on transactions that are deficient
  • Issuing client notifications in a timely and accurate fashion 
  • Provide quoting as required on transactions
  • Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers and co-workers in support of the overall sales support.

 Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 year experience in a customer service and/ or administrative role
  • Leasing experience would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong attention to details and organization skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Willingness to learn new programs
  • Proficiency in MS - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
