| Responsibilities
- Process translations as assigned by Supervisor
- Proof read and edit translated texts as required
- Insert corrections, changes to translations provided by external suppliers (in Word, PPT, Trados) which have been revised by Translation Supervisor
- Coordinate the translation workflow in absence of the Translation Supervisor to all outside vendors and also routing for internal proof-reading
- Actively participate in various initiatives of continuous improvement of Linguistic Services (i.e. Development of Style Guide, Bilingual lexicon, etc)
- Provide linguistic support at various corporate events (Seminar, Leadership Conference, Career Conference, NSD Retreats, etc)

Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English/ French (verbal and written)
- 2-3 years as a Translator preferred
- Computer literate in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Internet, basic knowledge of PowerPoint
- Working with Trados software
- Multitask oriented and highly organized
- Deadline driven
