| Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all incoming and outgoing calls
- Process orders accurately and promptly
- Tracking orders, follow up and resolve complaints
- Provide accurate information in regards to products
- Work closely with wholesalers and sales representative to achieve sales goal
- Handle billing adjustments and authorize returns of products
- Consistently build relationships with new and existing clients
- Create sales reports to determine sales trends, growth or decline
- Attend seminars, conferences or trade shows

Qualifications
- University or College degree required
- Minimum 3yrs in a similar environment
- Pharmaceutical industry experience an asset
- Proactive and must be analytical with problem solving skills
- Responsive and able to adapt to changes
- Strong business acumen and must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and French
