Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all incoming and outgoing calls
• Process orders accurately and promptly
• Tracking orders, follow up and resolve complaints
• Provide accurate information in regards to products
• Work closely with wholesalers and sales representative to achieve sales goal
• Handle billing adjustments and authorize returns of products
• Consistently build relationships with new and existing clients
• Create sales reports to determine sales trends, growth or decline
• Attend seminars, conferences or trade shows

 Qualifications

• University or College degree required
• Minimum 3yrs in a similar environment
• Pharmaceutical industry experience an asset
• Proactive and must be analytical with problem solving skills
• Responsive and able to adapt to changes
• Strong business acumen and must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and French
