Bilingual Administrative Assistant
To provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant of the CEO and the Board of Directors of a large financial institution.

 Responsibilities

  • Assisting in various duties to support the Executive Assistant of the CEO
  • Typing letters, memos or reports and ensure accuracy of content
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and prioritize
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings logistics and making travel arrangement
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Prepare expense reports and attendance reports
  • Receiving visitors and answering phone calls
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent in business administration
  • Must be diplomatic, tactful and use discretion
  • Must be fluent in French and English; excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and work well in a hectic environment
  • Must have the "can do" attitude and able to adapt easily
  • Min 2-3 yrs experience in a related field
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
