| Responsibilities
- Ability to manage and delegate work to the team
- Ensure that material is translated accurately , promptly and meeting deadlines
- Proofread all French material
- Ensure all documents conform to Quebec language laws
- Contribute to the company's terminology database
- Coach, lead, motivate internal staff
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers

Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Translation
- Min 5 yrs of working experience as a Translator
- Min 1-2 yrs of Supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a financial environment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
