| Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers or sales agents.
- Process orders, credits and returns.
- Follow up with customers, track shipment etc.
- Provides information in regards to product availability; new info, policies or programs.
- Provides support to the Sales team.
- Assist in achieving Sales targets.
- Work with team's order management to engage e-commerce solutions for heavy call centre users.
- Participate in meetings, product seminars etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service/ Order Desk role
- College diploma or University degree is an asset
- Must have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Must be bilingual French and English
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
