This position is with a company that is a global leader in their field and they are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join their Customer Service team.

 Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers or sales agents.
  • Process orders, credits and returns.
  • Follow up with customers, track shipment etc.
  • Provides information in regards to product availability; new info, policies or programs.
  • Provides support to the Sales team.
  • Assist in achieving Sales targets.
  • Work with team's order management to engage e-commerce solutions for heavy call centre users.
  • Participate in meetings, product seminars etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service/ Order Desk role
  • College diploma or University degree is an asset
  • Must have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be bilingual French and English
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
