Bilingual Customer Service Representative
A Canadian owned full line distributor and wholesaler of healthcare products, cosmetics and drugs need a Bilingual Customer Service to join their team.

| Responsibilities
-
Handle all incoming calls from clients. -
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relations. -
Handle and solve customer complaints; follow up and offer solutions. -
Must be attentive to client needs. -
Work with Shipping/warehouse department closely to ensure prompt service. -
Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications
-
Min 1-2yrs of CSR experience. -
Post Secondary or College diploma required. -
Must have good problem solving skills, decision making and analytical skills. -
Fluent in French and English. (Verbal and written) -
Must have a good sense of ownership.
