Responsibilities

• Respond to customers, dealers inquiries in regards to technical issues.

• Repair of products, re-work, and modification of brand equipment for resale.

• Diagnosis of 3rd party peripheral products.

• Write reports and correspondence on a daily basis.

• Work with different department or employees of organization.

 Qualifications

• Min 1-2yrs related experience.

• College diploma in a Technical school.

• Able to read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams or procedure manuals.

• Must be mathematically inclined.

• Must have good problem solving skills, decision making and analytical skills.

• Fluent in French and English. (Verbal and written)

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs.
