Bilingual Credit & Collection Rep
A leader in their industry, this manufacturing company offers to consumers a wide range of products and services globally.

 Responsibilities

  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to bills and account statements.

  • Process credit applications & credit reference verification.

  • Make adjustments to invoices or claims and resolve discrepancies.

  • Notify debtors of overdue payments.

  • Ensure good customer relations; provide excellent service to existing customers.

  • Recommend legal action if needed.

  • Perform related clerical duties.

  • Answer correspondence via phone, fax or email.

 Qualifications

  • Superior customer service.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Good computer knowledge.

  • Min 3-5yrs experience in a similar role.

  • Manufacturing industry an asset.

  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
