Set up and enter claims into the database Handle customer contact and inquiries Liaise with other departments and external shareholders on issues related to warranty claims Manage and maintain all documentation and back up records Accurately produce all document records for distribution to clients, internal and external shareholders.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills in both English and French Experience in a high volume call centre preferred Strong listening skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Professional & friendly manner
