- Main responsibility is to service members in regards to their pension benefit inquiries
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely fashion
- Consistently offer personalized services to complex cases

Qualifications
- University or college degree (relative to the field)
- Min 3-5 years work experience
- Previous customer service experience from a financial institution an asset
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
