Bilingual Receptionist
Excellent well known organization is searching for a highly motivated, energetic and experienced Receptionist who would truly enjoy working in a fast paced receptionist role.

 Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for external customers and visitors
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Directing phone calls to appropriate party
  • Greeting visitors
  • Responsible for courier mail
  • Provide administrative support to various departments

 Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and multi-task to meet concurrent deadlines
  • High degree of English and French is an asset
