| Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Dealers, Sales Representatives or Consumers
- Provide product/s information with pricing info when requested
- Process customer orders and confirm product availability
- Authorize returns of products while respecting company policy
- Follow up with deliveries
- Update customer info
- Participates in product knowledge sessions
- Light translation for product info sheet; typing memos or correspondence
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Min 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in English and French (verbal & written)
- Able to prioritize and have good organizational skills
- Good sales aptitude and client retention skills
- Flexible and thrive in a fast pace environment
- Strong interest in personal care, beauty industry and fashion trends
