Bilingual Customer Service Representative
An established and growing manufacturing company and wholesaler of personal care products is looking to add to their team an upbeat individual with a business flair.

 Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from Dealers, Sales Representatives or Consumers
  • Provide product/s information with pricing info when requested
  • Process customer orders and confirm product availability
  • Authorize returns of products while respecting company policy
  • Follow up with deliveries
  • Update customer info
  • Participates in product knowledge sessions
  • Light translation for product info sheet; typing memos or correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications

  • Min 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must be fluent in English and French (verbal & written)
  • Able to prioritize and have good organizational skills
  • Good sales aptitude and client retention skills
  • Flexible and thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Strong interest in personal care, beauty industry and fashion trends
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
