| Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily administrative support for the sales team
- Handle incoming calls from French speaking customers
- Maintain client records, files and responsible to update database
- Act as a back up for order processing and claims
- Prepare and generate daily sales reports or others
- Light translation including memos, letters or packaging materials
- Reception relief as needed
- Other duties as required

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service or office support
- Must be fully bilingual in French and English (excellent written skills)
- Good computer skills; Microsoft office & excel
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Good phone etiquette and superior customer service skills
