Excellent opportunity with a leading importer and distributor for consumer products

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative support for the sales team
  • Handle incoming calls from French speaking customers
  • Maintain client records, files and responsible to update database
  • Act as a back up for order processing and claims
  • Prepare and generate daily sales reports or others
  • Light translation including memos, letters or packaging materials
  • Reception relief as needed
  • Other duties as required

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service or office support
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English (excellent written skills)
  • Good computer skills; Microsoft office & excel
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Good phone etiquette and superior customer service skills
