| Responsibilities
- To provide customer service to Institutional Sales by acting as a conduit for both internal and external clients, in both English and French
- Working as part of a team supporting both Domestic and Foreign Fixed Income and Equity products
- Perform functions such as client data input, client account balancing and margining, settlement management and intercompany break support
- Analyze trade processing and client confirmation opportunities for improved STP
- Proactive management of client and sales inquiries, as well as improving overall relationships

Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French is a must (verbal and written)
- Sound knowledge of Canadian settlement practises, debt and equity markets, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Initiative, good judgment and attention to detail are required in ensuring timely resolution with minimal exposure
- Adept at problem solving and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously & efficiently
- University degree
- 3-5 years Industry experience
- Canadian Securities Course is an asset
- Solid computer skills including Excel
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
