| Responsibilities
- Answer calls with professionalism and deliver information in regards to programs, policies, procedures and locations
- Conduct client registration and order taking
- Handle credit card authorizations and follow up with contacts in regards to payment issues
- Follow up with clients/members in a timely manner
- Soft selling and prospecting to non-members
- Support team mates, schedule meetings and provide details to staff or members in regards to ongoing promotional offers
- Tactfully handle/assist with sensitive situations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Min 2 yrs in a call center environment
- Must be diplomatic with excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and listening skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
