| Responsibilities
- Supporting 2 Lawyers/ Partners in an administrative capacity
- Answering phones, fax, typing, working with PC Law, billing
- Drafting legal & court documents
- Speak to courts & tribunals on behalf of the lawyers
- Handle client calls when lawyers are absent
- Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
- Experience within Litigation firms is an asset
- College diploma (Legal Assistant or relevant field)
- Understanding of Labour Law
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Must have a positive and upbeat attitude and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be very organized
- Willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
