| Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing payroll service data
- Identifying anomalies and make recommendations for resolution
- Provide accurate information and guidance in regards to policies and standards
- Determine if discrepancies are data issues or systems limitations
- Research and keeping up to date on all legislative changes
- Attend training sessions and participate in payroll conversion or implementation activities
- Ensure the accurate validation of service and contribution reconciliation
- Calculate excess refunds, adjust and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper billings for payment and calculation of interest; follow up on outstanding request and liaise with employer to ensure payment is received
- Work and support other teams to ensure proper services

Qualifications
- Must have a University degree in finance, economics, statistics.
- Must have minimum 1-2 yrs work experience in a customer service role
- Must be good with numbers and is a math person
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good technical and research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual French and English a definite asset
