Bilingual Customer Service Representative (x2)
A leader in their industry, and operating in over 90 countries. They are the second largest supplier worldwide.

 Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming calls in an effective manner
  • Provide front line customer support and/or redirect calls appropriately
  • Liaise with technical team; dispatch service calls, provide light technical support
  • Collect outstanding advances from clients
  • Process wire transfers/direct deposits from clients and credit card payments
  • Update and maintain customers database
  • Provide backup support for the reception desk and other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications

  • Min. one year experience in a customer service role/call centre (manufacturing)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, problem solving skills, aptitude for working with figures
  • A positive, team player, able to work in a open concept environment
  • High school graduate or post secondary education
  • French/English fluency
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
