| Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming calls in an effective manner
- Provide front line customer support and/or redirect calls appropriately
- Liaise with technical team; dispatch service calls, provide light technical support
- Collect outstanding advances from clients
- Process wire transfers/direct deposits from clients and credit card payments
- Update and maintain customers database
- Provide backup support for the reception desk and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Min. one year experience in a customer service role/call centre (manufacturing)
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, problem solving skills, aptitude for working with figures
- A positive, team player, able to work in a open concept environment
- High school graduate or post secondary education
- French/English fluency
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
