Bilingual Order Entry Co-ordinator
Leading global provider in their industry is seeking for a qualified Bilingual (French/English) individual to join their team for a 6 month contract.

 Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders from Dealers and customers
  • Process customers' credit requests
  • Set up and maintain contracts for equipment maintenance
  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Update and maintain accurate information in customer database
  • Assist other departments for other duties as required

 

 Qualifications

  • High School or College diploma
  • Min 1 year experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solving and a good aptitude for working with figures
