| Responsibilities
- Responsible for serving as the first-level point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests
- Provide information and resolve problems
- Handle calls from across Canada in both English and French
- Input information into system
- Day-to-day administration activities
- Proofread sales and marketing materials (English and French)
- Ability to get involved in other aspects of the business, subject to day-to-day functions being fulfilled
