| Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers and sales people
- Enter the orders into system then place them in the proper follow up folders
- Co-ordinates shipments to customers, on a timely basis with the shipping department
- Assist Quebec area salesperson with their requirements for that territory, i.e. customer calls and sample requests
- Maintain price book and contracts for customer base assigned
- Complete paperwork for claims, Return Authorizations and arranges pickup from customers, etc.
- Back up for other Customer Service Rep
- Verify and approve warehouse invoices and waybills
- Review customer sales and contracts to assure customers are being called on a regular basis
- Assist purchasing department in working on price quotes and obtaining pricing from selected suppliers
- Other duties for Industrial Division as assigned

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales or Order Desk Representative
- Experience within a manufacturing environment or with a Distributor
- Post secondary education
- Good computer user skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational experience
- Must enjoy interacting with customers
- Positive and friendly attitude
- English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
