| Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining client relations
- Provide support in the areas of sales, product knowledge and policy interpretation
- Provide training through classroom, one-on-one and/or on-line methods, to travel specialists to develop their insurance product knowledge and selling skills

Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in an adult training position
- Travel Industry experience preferred
- Travel Insurance experience an asset
- Post secondary education
- Certified Adult Instructor or Trainer through an accredited Institute
- Excellent leadership, coaching and motivational skills
- Ability to connect easily with people and make them feel at ease in a training environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral/written) and listening skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
