Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining client relations
• Provide support in the areas of sales, product knowledge and policy interpretation
• Provide training through classroom, one-on-one and/or on-line methods, to travel specialists to develop their insurance product knowledge and selling skills

 Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in an adult training position
• Travel Industry experience preferred
• Travel Insurance experience an asset
• Post secondary education
• Certified Adult Instructor or Trainer through an accredited Institute
• Excellent leadership, coaching and motivational skills
• Ability to connect easily with people and make them feel at ease in a training environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral/written) and listening skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
