| Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls across Canada in both English and French
- Process daily orders via fax, email & phone
- Check system for inventory
- Liaise with different departments
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries and provide product infromation

Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills in both English and French
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy dealing with people and have a strong Customer focus
- Must be motivated and have a sense of ownership
