Bilingual Customer Service/ Order Desk Representative
Great entry level position with a well known Distributor for an individual who enjoys interacting with customers.

 Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls across Canada in both English and French
  • Process daily orders via fax, email & phone
  • Check system for inventory
  • Liaise with different departments
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries and provide product infromation

 Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must enjoy dealing with people and have a strong Customer focus
  • Must be motivated and have a sense of ownership
  • English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
