Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Our client is searching for a friendly Customer Service or Call Centre Sales Representative with some experience to join their fast growing team.

| Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries both English and French Provide first level tech support Follow up with customers as necessary via phone or email Transfer customer to appropriate level of technical support
|
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in both English and French Prior customer service and/or call centre experience is an asset Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (most importantly Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional & Friendly manner
