| Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection of consumer concerns and complaints from various sources (mail, Facebook, Retail, phone)
- Respond to each consumer situation including correspondence and distribution of products as required
- Track and analyze consumer concerns and complaints including follow up actions taken
- Identify and escalate consumer concerns pending the severity and sensitivity of the concern
- Manage various administrative responsibilities including organizing meetings, logistics, tacking department vacation etc.
- Administrative support to the VP Marketing & Retail
- Compile all NCI notes and revisions for Marketing & Logistics
- Collect and consolidate competitive information and PR files
- Provide back-up reception relief during lunch break no more than once a week

Qualifications
*Post-Secondary Education *Minimum 2 years of experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry *Must have experience handling consumer response *Strong proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint *Proven interpersonal, organizational and communication skills *Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and in a timely manner *Must be able to function independently and as a team member *Understanding of marketing fundamentals and standard resources *Proficiency in Cognos Powerplay and Workstation Plus would be an asset *Fluent in English and French (written and oral) - English [Advanced], French [Advanced]
