| Responsibilities
- Achieve annual forecasted sales objectives
- Implement corporate initiatives
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers through the execution of regular, planned proactive outbound sales calls
- Follow up and respond to all customer enquiries
- Communicate with National Sales/ Field Sales as required regarding account issues
- Maintain a customer database
- Utilize all CRM programs and processes daily to effectively manage the territory

Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English (written and verbal)
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 2 years proven sales experience
- 1-2 years Customer Service
- Energetic, self-motivated and results orientated with a clear focus on high performance
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Adept in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM programs an asset
