Exciting Bilingual Inside Sales opportunity with a growing technology (telecommunications) company. Great work environment and excellent benefits!

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling and servicing existing and new accounts, creating new ideas to increase sales and performing basic office functions as needed
  • Drive the consumer and small business sales activities for all sales prospects and existing clientele
  • Provide quotes, estimates and advise on product availability
  • Process new orders/ recharges/ extensions
  • Account Management (billing adjustments, update billing info, billing inquiries, split/ merge accounts, usage specifics)
  • On time execution of order input
  • Contact past customers and cold new sales leads to generate sales
  • Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service
  • Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
  • Update Salesforce.com with account input
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner by telephone and e-mail
  • Communicate and work across teams to provide speedy solutions for customers
  • Stay informed of all new products & services and changes in technology
  • Facilitate a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers, and exercising initiative to offer assistance where and when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and external to the organization
  • Maintain systems fluency on internal ordering and billing systems
  • Other duties/ tasks as required

 Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (business telephone etiquette and business letter writing etiquette - proper use of grammar & punctuation)
  • Driven, competitive and committed
  • Highly motivated and with a desire to be successful
  • Customer-centric focus on providing reliable service to internal/ external customers
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of satellite telephone and remote messaging technology
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 or higher
  • Ability to prioritize activities and meet all deadlines
