| Responsibilities
- Order Entry Management
- Follow up with Sales to obtain any missing information
- Provide support to outside salespeople (phone, email and in person)
- Communicate with appointed third party carriers when orders are ready
- Follow up with Accounting re: credit terms
- Follow up with Purchasing for non-inventory items
- Distribute orders internally for shipping
- Run/ expedite open sales order reports daily
- Participate in daily meetings to review the status of open sales orders
- Issue return merchandise authorizations
- Suport outside sales - re order status
- Interface with other departments
- Other sales related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative within an Order Desk Environment
- Strong English and French verbal and written communication skills
- Great data entry/ order processing skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to take ownership of position
- Must have a high of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Team Player
