| Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within his/her territory
- Proactively promotes company objectives, and executes sales plans based on the companies marketing strategy
- Research market for potential clients
- Respond to business leads generated by all sources
- Qualify potential new clients, under the rules of the government SR&ED program, and for potential profitability
- Identify deciders and schedule meetings
- Meet qualified prospects, and apply appropriate sales techniques to close sales
- Manage the entire sales process for all business leads
- Maintain close contact with consultants, external professionals and associations to identify and develop business leads through referrals
- Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets

Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or a computer-related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in an engineering, IT or project management role
- Experience with the SR&ED tax credit program is an asset
- Experience working in the manufacturing, industrial resources, or natural resources industry is an asset
- Proven track record in generating business leads & sales
- Results driven, perseverant, and strong sense of initiative
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal and team oriented skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- High level of business integrity and ethics
- Possess own vehicle and valid drivers license
