| Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within his/her territory (Ontario/ GTA)
- Acquire and close new profitable clients
- Research market for potential clients
- Qualify potential new clients and for potential profitability
- Maximize the number of potential clients in the pipeline
- Identify deciders and arrange for meeting
- Meet qualified prospects; apply appropriate sales techniques to close sales
- Employ effective relationship sales techniques using strong communication skills
- Manage the entire sales process for all leads
- Maintain close contact with consultants, external professional and relevant associations to identify and develop leads through referrals
- Work with other sales staff and management to assist in developing sales/marketing strategy and to penetrate new markets

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, or a Computer-related discipline
- 3-8 years sales experience in a technical environment
- Proven track record in generating new business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and strengthen internal relations
- Must be results oriented, self-driven and pro-active
- Excellent English verbal and written language skills (French is an asset, but not necessary)
