| Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development preparing necessary presentation material and executing dealer contact under existing service levels
- Handle phone and email inquiries from internal departments and external dealer/intermediary head offices involving trade investigations, reports, product information etc.
- Take ownership and champion dealer issues, often interacting with other departments, to achieve a mutual resolution
- Assist in the preparation an distribution of all communications (E-mail blitzes, bulletins and newsletters) to dealers
- Identify and manage client needs and address issues and feedback to management
- Proactively look for opportunities to enhance internal operations
- Assist with various administrative duties within Dealer Relations

Qualifications
- Post secondary education
- Fully bilingual English and French
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry
- IFIC operations
- IFIC Sales or CSR desired, willingness to complete IFIC within 12 months of starting is required
- Strong proficiency in Windows-based applications specially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building capabilities, able to build and sustain rapport with business partners
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Quick learner
- Detail oriented and sound analytical skills
- Good problem solving and decision making abilities
- Some travel might be required
